Please note that our services cover basic repairs and troubleshooting only, with no new electrical installations, ensuring straightforward, affordable, and safety-focused support.

Our Criteria
Singaporean or PR, 60 Years Old & Above
Currently receiving ComCare Assistance / Blue CHAS Card, and living in 1-Room to 3-Room HDB Purchased / Rental Flat
Remarks
- We do not accept urgent requests.
- The ComCare Assistance / Blue CHAS Card eligibility document must be valid at the time of application.

We replace faulty item, NOT install new items, and only provide basic materials.
Maximum 3 issues per request.
E.g. 1 faulty light in the living room, 1 faulty cistern flushing system, 1 leaking kitchen sink.

Organisations
For organizations who wish to make a referral, please fill up the HMS Request Form and email it back to us at hms@sagecc.org.sg together with a copy of the senior’s:
- NRIC (Front and Back). Can be omitted if Request Form is duly filled by Referral agency.
- Proof of subsidy
- Areas to be repaired
You may block out the first 4 digits of the NRIC number. Our Staff will contact you within 5 working days.
Individuals
For individuals who seek to engage our services, please approach your nearest Cluster Support, Family Service Centre, Seniors Activities Centre or any equivalent Social Service Agencies, to ask for a referral to us.

Yes. Our handyman services for the elderly include basic electrical and plumbing support for issues such as faulty lights, switches, leaking taps, and flushing problems. However, it’s important to note that new installations are not included.
Is this handyman service available for urgent repairs?
Our services are intended for non-emergency maintenance needs. At this time, we do not support urgent or emergency repair requests.
Who can apply for home maintenance for senior citizens?
This service is available to Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents aged 60 and above who are receiving ComCare Assistance or hold a Blue CHAS Card, and who live in a 1-room to 3-room HDB flat (purchased or rental).
How many issues can be fixed per visit?
Each request covers up to three minor issues per visit. For example, we may assist with one faulty light in the living room, one faulty cistern flushing system, and one leaking sink, subject to time and safety considerations.
