我们的工作
我们为面临心理、社交和情感问题的年长者，及其家庭成员和看护者提供服务。
近年来，我们推出了新的项目，以促进身体健康和情绪稳定的年长者，积极参与活动，放缓衰老。
作为社会中年长者的领导者并充当他们的声音，本中心还推广公共教育计划，藉着讲习班、讲座、教育研讨会和论坛来接触年长者。
我们的服务
居家维修服务
HMS 为以下任何人提供免费的基本家居维护服务：
- 新加坡公民或永久居民，60 岁及以上
- 目前接受 ComCare 援助。（申请时资格文件必须有效。）
- 居住在 1 室至 3 室 HDB 购买/租赁单位
Our Services
Counselling Service
Our counselling service aims to enhance the total well-being of older persons, their caregivers and family members through face-to-face counselling. We provide an avenue for the clients to discuss their issues and concerns during the difficult transition of their lives and help to address their personal, social, or psychological challenges.
The Seniors Helpline

The Community Outreach Team (CREST) focuses on raising public awareness of mental health conditions and dementia, promotes early recognition of at-risk individuals, provides emotional support to individuals and their caregivers and links individuals to relevant health and social care services when necessary.

Home Maintenance
Services
HMS provides free basic home maintenance services to anyone who is:
- 50 years old and above
- holding a blue CHAS card or on ComCare Assistance Scheme. (The eligibility document must be valid at time of application.)
